Serve in a chilled champagne flute - 7oz

* Pair the 75 with:
Citrus Seared Salmon





Beverage (alcoholic)

Any Season




1 1/3 oz. BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin
2/3 oz. Fresh lemon juice - approx. 2 lemon wedges
1/2 oz. Sugar syrup (add 2 parts sugar to 1 part boiling water)
Champagne or Sparkling Wine



Add the lemon juice, sugar and Bombay Sapphire to the glass and stir well. Top slowly with ice-cold sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
