French baguette sandwich with smoked ham, emmenthal cheese, & Dijon mustard.

Yield: 1 sandwich 1 French baguette 1 tbsp French Dijon mustard 3 oz sliced emmenthal cheese 3 oz sliced black forest or Virginia ham

1. Slice baguette lengthways. Spread with Dijon mustard on both sides. 2. Top with ham, and sliced emmenthal cheese. 3. Close sandwich and slice.
