Yield: 12 pcs. 4 oz passionfruit jelly 1 pint diced strawberries 1 cup of diced sponge cake 3 oz chocolate syrup 4 oz vanilla custard

Prepare all ingredients before assembly

Place 1 tbsp of passionfruit jelly on bottom of glass On top, place a layer of diced sponge cake On top place 1 tbsp of chocolate sauce On top, place some diced strawberries On top, place 1 tbsp of custard sauce. Repeat with some diced strawberries and 1 tsp of passionfruit jelly. Chill until served, with an espresso spoon.
