Yield: 12 pieces 2 cups melted white chocolate 1 cup toasted coconut 4” x 3” chocolate brownie

Melt chocolate on double boiler, keep warm, not hot. Cut brownie into 12 squares. Skewer each one on a wooden or plastic skewer. Place in freezer until chilled. Dip each skewer into the white chocolate to coat each brownie piece. Sprinkle with toasted coconut before chocolate solidifies. Place on tray to set. (to be faster, place in refridgerator.)
