Warm soup, add red food colouring to soup after it is cooked, stir well.

Pour 1 oz into shot glasses, leaving room for maggots on top. Sprinkle cooked rice onto the top of the shooter.

(As rice starts to sink into the soup, it appears as if it is moving!)
