Gross looking, exactly the opposite reaction anyone would want when serving guests ... except in this case. This Halloween noodle recipe looks horrid but tastes great.

Yield: 1 portion 8 oz cooked Japanese Udon noodles 4 oz hoisin sauce 1 oz yellow rice (cooked)

After cooking Udon noodles, toss them in hoisin sauce, and sprinkle with cooked yellow rice.

Serve with chopsticks
