Apple-Raspberry Cider




Hot apple cider never tasted better than this recipe which adds a berry infusion to a classic fall drink.





Beverage (non-alcoholic)

Fall / Winter




Yield: 8 servings

8 cups Apple cider or Apple juice
1 cup frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 or 5 fresh raspberries



For Raspberry-Apple Cider:

Combine all ingredients in 4-quart saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture starts to simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon stick.



Serve either in a modern glass coffee mug (preferably tapered) garnish with a few floating raspberries, and if you like a cinnamon stick
