The VS (very special) hot apple cider is a wonderful mixture of Courvoisier VS Cognac, cinnamon and hot apple cider. A luxury version of a traditional favourite.

Either warm or make hot apple cider, add the 1oz of Courvoisier, then the sprinkle of fresh cinnamon, stir with cinnamon stick and leave stick in the bottom of the glass.

Serve either in a champagne flute or a traditional Irish Coffee mug
