Fruit Yogurt Smoothies




Fruit yogurt smoothies served with granola and whipped cream.

Spring / Summer




Yield: 6 5oz Servings

1 750 ml tub plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 cup whole ripe fruits (banana, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)




  1. Place fruit and honey in blender, add one cup yogurt and puree until smooth.
  2. Fold in remaining yogurt with a whisk. Adjust sweetness to taste.




Select a stemmed or stemless martini glass.

  1. Place granola in bottom of a glass. Pour fruit smoothie on top.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream, and top with fresh fruit.
