Banana Bread French Toast
Banana bread french toast with maple syrup and pecans.

Yield: 6 Servings
1 loaf banana bread
4 eggs
1 cup homo milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup toasted pecans
Slice banana bread into 1” thick slices.
Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and spices.
Dip banana bread into milk-egg mixture and let soak into bread.
Pour melted butter or oil onto griddle. Cook banana bread on griddle for 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer to warm platter and serve with toasted pecans, and maple syrup.
