Yield: 6 glasses 1 Bottle of Jacob's Creek Sparkling Wine or Moet et Chandon Nectar Imperial 6oz Martell VSOP Cognac 24 Raspberries

Take 24 fresh raspberries and bath in Cognac for 2 hours in the fridge. Make sure the raspberries are covered by the cognac. Place four raspberries, plus one spoonful of the liquid from the berries, in a champagne flute, then fill with your favourite Sparkling wine or Champagne.
