Pesto dipped mozzarella cubes with cherry tomato garnish.

Yield: 12 canapés 6 cherry tomatoes 12 cubes of mozzarella, or cherry bocconcini 1/2 cup basil pesto sauce 12 wooden skewers

1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. 2. Cut mozzarella into cubes. 3. Prepare pesto sauce.

1. Skewer half tomato and mozzarella cube (tomato on top) 2. Dip mozzarella cube into pesto sauce and serve
