2 cups Dry chick peas
1/4 cup Garam masala
1/4 cup Curry powder
1/4 cup Kosher salt



1. Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water.
2. Drain chickpeas and deep fry until crispy and golden.
3. Toss hot chick peas in salt and spice mixture, let cool.
