Fruit Infused Sparkling Summer Cocktails
Fruit infused sparkling summer cocktails - raspberry, lychee or peach.

Yield: 6 cocktails
1 bottle of Jacob's Creek Sparkling Wine
6oz of your choice of liqueur:
Southbrook Winery Framboise
Soho Lychee Liqueur
Peach Schnapps
1oz of your choice of garnish:
Fresh Raspberries
Sliced Canned Lychees
Sliced and Skinned Peaches
(match liqueur and garnish)
1. Fill champagne flutes 2/3 full with Jacob's Creek Sparkling Wine.
2. Add 1/2 oz of selected fruit liqueur.
3. Add fruit garnish as follows:
For raspberry cocktail - add one floating raspberry to flute
For lychee cocktail - slice one lychee in half add to flute
For peach - use a thin slice of peach on rim of flute or in the bottom of the glass
